Firm workspace, tightened

The firm portal now keeps case work closer to the surface. Case pages use a sticky top bar for matter identity, phase, sections, counts, and agent access. Phase controls open in focused modals, so status changes happen in context instead of through a separate management flow.

The desktop workspace now mirrors more of the firm dashboard: case filters, attention counts, unread messages, document activity, stale updates, lead badges, restricted-case indicators, and a Firm Copilot entry point are available without leaving the workspace.

Firm users also get their own profile. Add a name, client-facing title, and protected profile photo. The sidebar now shows the signed-in user at the bottom, with Edit Profile and Sign out grouped in the profile menu.
