Self-service firm billing

Firm owners and admins can now manage billing inside CaseLantern.

Choose a plan, start or manage a trial, update payment details, review invoices, and open billing portal flows without leaving settings. Trial, grace, and locked states now appear clearly in the firm workspace.

Usage is tied to active cases, so firms can see how billing state maps to the work they are actively managing.
