Case access controls

Cases now have clear ownership. Assign firm members, set a lead, and switch the portfolio between your cases, everyone, or a specific teammate.

Restricted cases stay private. Mark a case as restricted and only explicit assignees plus firm owners and admins can see it.

Task assignment respects the boundary. If a restricted case task goes to someone outside the case team, CaseLantern asks before adding them.

Legal roles now appear in assignment surfaces, so case teams read like real firm teams instead of a flat member list.
