Every mistake is now fixable
Typos happen. Until now, most of them were permanent — and some were client-visible. This release adds edit and delete across the board:
- Key dates can be edited or removed, from the workspace pane or the key dates page. Changes to client-visible dates notify the client.
- Documents can be deleted from the file preview, removing them for both the firm and the client.
- Document requests can be canceled — the request disappears from the client's list while the case history stays intact.
- Tasks can be deleted from the edit-task dialog.
- Cases can be renamed from case settings.
- Client details — name and email — can be corrected from case settings. Fixing a typo'd email matters: it's how the client claims portal access.
Everything is confirmed before it happens and recorded in the case activity trail.
