Close cases when the work is done

Cases now have an end. Close a case from the workspace header or case settings, with an optional closing note that posts as a client-visible update — the client sees the matter wrapped up properly in their portal.

Closed cases drop out of the Today queue, attention scoring, and your active-case counts (including per-case billing). They don't disappear: the full history stays readable for you and the client, closed cases sit behind a Closed cases filter on the cases list, and their files remain in the Case files browser.
