Manual access requests

Prospective firms can now request access from the public site instead of creating their own account.

The new request flow collects firm and contact details, stores the request, and sends the details to Justin for manual follow-up. Existing invited users can still sign in normally.

Notification delivery is also more reliable. Access request emails use their own sender and set the requester as the reply-to, so follow-up can start from the inbox.
