Client portal, rebuilt
Clients now get the same structured workspace firms use. The portal has a dedicated navigation rail, per-case sections, and separate pages for messages, documents, updates, key dates, availability, and the firm team.
Document requests are easier to answer. Clients can upload the file or mark a request as something they do not have, with a note back to the firm. Notifications now open the right documents page directly.
Firm team pages now show real contact context: avatars, client-facing titles, roles, and email links.
