Tasks and case lifecycle

Every firm case now opens with a pizza-tracker snapshot. Phases run left-to-right; hover any phase for what's pending, what's done, and what needs attention.

Phase-scoped tasks become the single source of "what's next." Templates instantiate predefined tasks when a phase opens, and you can add ad-hoc ones any time. The old free-text Next Step field is retired — tasks own that surface now.

Phase changes also schedule template-driven follow-ups: emails, calls, document requests. Reschedule or pause them straight from the snapshot.
