Write your own one-click update templates

One-click status updates are the fastest way to keep clients informed — and now the templates are yours. A new Status update templates page in Settings lets any firm member create, edit, and delete the templates that appear in the case Updates pane.

Write the updates your firm sends over and over ("Discovery underway", "Hearing scheduled", "Waiting on opposing counsel") once, then send them from any case in one click. Built-in starter templates stay available alongside your own.
